At Apex Lobinni, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece we create.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all protective films, tags, and documentation.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Please note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a partial refund.
Free 30-Day Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label to ensure a smooth and cost-free process.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact our Customer Care Team at support@apexlobinni.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions and a free shipping label.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or send out your replacement watch.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exclusions
Please note that:

Personalised or engraved items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged on arrival.
